These Terms of Service govern all products and services provided by MainDesign Print Co. By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a design, you agree to the terms outlined below.
MainDesign Print Co. – Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Artwork Ownership and Copyright Responsibility
The customer represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any artwork, logos, images, text, or other materials submitted for reproduction. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MainDesign Print Co. from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement related to submitted materials.
2. Trademark Usage
Customer affirms that any trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers provided for printing are used with proper authorization from the rightful owner. MainDesign Print Co. assumes no responsibility for verifying ownership of submitted trademarks.
3. Content Responsibility
MainDesign Print Co. does not review or verify the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of customer-provided content. The customer assumes full responsibility for all printed content including but not limited to claims, statements, advertisements, and representations made in the materials.
4. Political Advertising Compliance
For political campaign materials, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all required disclosures and disclaimers comply with applicable election laws, including the Texas Election Code where applicable.
5. Proof Approval
Production will begin only after the customer has approved the final proof. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all content, layout, spelling, grammar, and design elements. MainDesign Print Co. is not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof.
6. Color Variations
Due to differences in monitors, lighting conditions, substrates, inks, and printing processes, printed colors may vary from what appears on screens or prior samples. Slight color variations are considered normal and acceptable within industry standards.
7. Customer Supplied Files
Files provided by the customer will be printed as received unless design services are requested. MainDesign Print Co. is not responsible for issues related to file resolution, formatting errors, spelling, or layout problems in customer-supplied files.
8. Right to Refuse Service
MainDesign Print Co. reserves the right to refuse any order that contains unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content, or materials that may violate intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
In any circumstance, the liability of MainDesign Print Co. shall be limited solely to the cost of the printing services provided. MainDesign Print Co. shall not be responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
10. Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MainDesign Print Co., its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from the content provided for printing.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with MainDesign Print Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service.
