Order Approval & Proofing
All orders are reviewed with the customer prior to production. When a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details including spelling, layout, colors, sizing, and placement.
Production will not begin until final approval is received.
Once a proof is approved, MainDesign Print Co. is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved design.
Custom Work – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom printed, designed, or personalized items.
Customer-Provided Files
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of all files submitted. This includes resolution, spelling, layout, and overall design.
MainDesign Print Co. is not responsible for:
- Low-resolution images
- Spelling or grammatical errors
- Design issues in customer-provided files
If file adjustments or redesigns are needed, additional charges may apply.
Revisions & Design Changes
Design services include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the initial scope may incur additional fees.
Any changes requested after approval or during production may result in additional charges and/or delays.
Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, and current workload.
Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Proof approval delays
- File issues
- Material availability
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Color Variations
We strive to match colors as closely as possible; however, color variations may occur due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Payments
Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to production.
Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Liability
MainDesign Print Co. is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Third-party shipping carriers
