Have print-ready artwork? Order online.
- Choose your product and options. Select the available size, paper or material, printed sides, finish and quantity. Check whether the price is per item or per package. If you cannot find the specification you need, request a custom quote before ordering.
- Upload your artwork. Use the upload field on the product page where provided. Check that the file matches your selected size and printed sides. For a double-sided job, clearly identify the front and back. If the upload fails or your file is too large, email us with the product details; include your order number if you have already ordered.
- Review your cart and checkout. Confirm the options, quantities and order total. Choose local pickup or shipping from the options offered at checkout, then complete payment.
Need design help or a custom quote?
Contact our team or email maindesignprintco@gmail.com. You do not need finished artwork to ask for help. Send the product you need, finished size, quantity, paper or material preference, printed sides, any finishing, and your requested deadline. Include your artwork or inspiration if available, and tell us whether you prefer pickup or shipping.
We will confirm the specifications, pricing and any design charges before proceeding. For custom orders, payment is arranged once the details are agreed.
Sending files for an existing order
Include your order number in the email subject and tell us which product the files belong to. Clearly label replacement artwork so we can confirm which version to use.
Artwork and proofs
We accept PDF, JPEG and PNG files. Check the product page for its upload limit and any specific file requirements. If you are unsure about size, resolution, bleed or fonts, ask us before placing your order.
If adjustments or design work are needed, we will confirm the work and charges with you. When a proof is required, please check names, dates, spelling, layout and contact details carefully before approval. We will provide a proof for approval when needed before production.
Pickup, shipping and deadlines
Select local pickup at checkout to collect from our Dripping Springs shop, or choose shipping and enter your delivery address. Production and shipping are separate stages. If you have a firm deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timing for your project.
